Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our platform, enhance brand awareness, and drive user engagement. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to execute campaigns across multiple channels. This position offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience with a variety of marketing tools, including HubSpot, Canva, and AI-driven platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other marketing materials. Utilize tools like Canva for designing visuals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape. Provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing: Assist in managing digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising. Use AI-driven platforms to optimize campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like HubSpot. Prepare reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of promotional events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, and familiarity with AI-driven marketing platforms. Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and analytics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
