The first is built into both the Growth Partner and Fractional CMO models: We are your Growth Partner, so our incentives are already aligned such that we guarantee to produce win-win outcomes and work our hardest to make you the most money possible, whilst respecting your time and energy constraints. Our Growth Partnership model has zero risk anyway, as we don’t get paid if we don’t give you results.

The second is what we call our Working Relationship Guarantee: If at any stage after the first two weeks you don’t like working together, we’ll refund you 100% of anything you have paid upfront and in commission for any reason at all and write off any subsequent commissions that would otherwise have been payable.
